`n = (v)/( 4(l + e)) = (v)/( 4(l + 0.3 D))`
Given ` n = 480 Hz , D = 5 cm = 5 xx 10^(-2) m`
`l = 16 cm = 16 xx 10^(-2) m`
`v = 4 n( l + 0.3 D)`
`= 4 xx 480 [ 16 xx 10^(-2) + 0.3 xx 5 xx 10^(-2)] m//s`
`= 4 xx 480 xx 17.5 xx 10^(-2) m//s = 336 m//s`
