(a) The bulb 'B' lights.
(ii) Bulb gets diameter if the coil Q is moved towards left.

(i) The bulb 'B' lights due to an emf induced in the coil Q.
(ii) When the coil Q is moved towards left, the emf induced in the coil Q becomes less. Hence, the bulb gets dimmer.
