In a transistor, doping level in base is increased slightly. How will it affect (i) collector current and (ii)base current?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

The collector currect is approxmately `beta` times the base current. Some basic ciruits can be designed by assuming that the te emitter-base voltage is approximately constant and the collector current is beta `(beta)` times base current .
