We know, in a leap year , there are `366` days.
That means, we have `52` weeks and `2` days.
So, in a leap year any of `2` days in a week can have `53 ` occurances.
Also, we know there are `7` days in a week.
So, probablity a leap year will have 53 tuesdays will be `2/7`.
