` m_a = 75%= 0.75 , E_m = ?`
We have , `E_("max")=E_m + E_c `
` E_("min") = E_c -E_m`
and `m_a = (E_("max") -E_("min"))/(E_("max") + E_("min"))`
`=((E_m + 12) - (12-E_(m)))/((E_m + 12) + (12-E_m))`
or ` 0.75 = (2E_m)/(24)`
` or E_m = 0.75 xx 12 = 9V`
