(a) (i) Ideal solution : Refer S.A. T.Q. 7 (ii).
(ii) Azeotrope : A liquid mixture which distills at constant temperature without under going any changes in composition is called Azeotrope.
(iii) Osmotic presslll.e : Refer V.S.A.T.Q. 2. (b) Given molecular mass of glucose = 180 g `mol^(-1)` % by weight = 10%
`m=(100-wt%)/((100-wt%)xx"molecular wt. solute")`
or `m = (wxx1000)/(MxxW)`
`m=(1000xx10)/((100-10)xx180)`
`=(1000)/(90xx180)`
m = 0.617 m
