A 3 m wide path runs outside and around a rectangular park of length 125 m and breadth 65 m. Find the area of the path

Here, we will have two rectangles with `3` m wide path and required area will be the difference between area of these two rectangles.
Please refer to video for the diagram.
Outer rectangle is the park with path and inner rectangle is the park.
Length of outer rectangle`=125+3+3 = 131m`
Breadth of outer rectangle`=65+3+3 = 71m`
Area of outer reactangle `= 131**71 = 9301m^2`
Length of inner rectangle `= 125m`
Breadth of inner rectangle`=65m`
Area of inner reactangle`= 125**65 = 8125m^2`
