According to the question,
the value of 'a' is given as 0 and 'b' is -1.
Let us substitute the values
giveninthefollowingexpressions.
`(i) 2a + 2b`
`= (2 × 0) + 2 xx (-1)`
`= 0 + (-2)`
`= -2 is the required value.`
`(ii) 2a^2 + b^2 +1`
`= 2 × 0^2 + (-1)^2 + 1`
`= 0 + 1 + 1`
= 2 is the required value.
`(iii) 2a^2b + 2ab^2 + ab`
`= 2 xx0 xx 0 xx (-1) xx 2 xx 0 xx (-1)2 + 0 xx (-1`)
`= 0 + 0 + 0`
= 0 is the required value.
`(iv) a^2 + ab + 2`
`= 0^2 + 0 × (-1) + 2`
`= 0 + 0 + 2`
= 2 is the required value
