If a double stranded DNA has 20% of cytosines, calculate the percent of adenine in the DNA.

The % of cytosine = 20 (given)
Therefore the % of guanine = 20
The % of Thymine + Adenine will be 100-(20+20) = 60.
Therefore the % of adenine will be 60/2 = 30%
