एक बर्तन में 60 किग्रा दूध है इसमें से 6 किग्रा दूध बाहर निकाला जाता है और उतना ही पानी डाला जाता है यह प्रक्रिया लगातार दो बार और की जाती है बर्तन में शेष बचे हुए दूध की मात्रा बताये !
