The fuse of device of ra.ting 11W, 220 V will burn.
`R=(V^(2))/(W) :.` Resistance of 11 W device will be four times than that of the device of 44W.
`:.` Voltage across 11 W= 352 V
`:.` Volatge across 44W= 88 V
352 V across the device of 11W, 220V rating is sufficient to bum the fuse of the device.
