Judge the equivalent resistance when the...

Judge the equivalent resistance when the following are connected in parallel `to" a."1Omegaand10^(6)Omega."b".1Omegaand10^(3)Omegaand10^(6)Omega`.

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

(a) The equivalent resistance of `1Omega` and `10^(6) Omega` will be less than `1 Omega` because in parallel combination equivalent resistance is less than the least.
(b) Due to the same reason as above, equivalent resistance will be less than `1 Omega` .
