What precaution should be taken to avoid the overloading of domestic electric circuits ?

To avoid overloading, following precautions should be taken :
i] Not using too many electrical appliances at the same time
ii] Not connecting too many electrical appliances to a single socket
iii] Appliances with 5 A and 15 A current rating must be connected in separate circuits along with a fuse
iv] Using wires with good insulation, if insulation is worn out, replacing the wires immediately
