(1) Nemerical taxonomy. "The numerical evaluation of similarities between groups of organisms and the ordering of these groups into higher ranking taxa on the basis of these similarities, is called numerical taxonomy. It is based on all the observable characters of the organism and to assign them specific number and codes for the computer as plus (+) and minus `(-)` or (-data not available).
(2) cladistic taxonomy. Method of classification of organisms beased exclusively on evolutionary relationship is called cladistic taxonomy.
