Here, emf generated in the coil depends on no. of turns in the coil and rate of change of magnetic flux with one turn (which depends on velocity of magnet and strength of magnetic field of a magnet).
Resistance is always offered to the flow of current, after it is produced.
Thus, emf generated in the coil does not depend on its resistance.
