`r= [( (9xx 10 ^(9)) (q_1q_2))/( F) ]^(1//2) =[( 9xx10^(9)(4xx 10^(-7)xx(8xx10^(-7))))/(0.2)]^(1//2) = 0.12 m or 12 cm `
