Magnetic field arises due to charges in motion. Can a system have magnetic moments even though its net charge is zero ?

(e) Yes, it is quite possible that a system with zero net charge can have non-zero magnetic moment. For example (i) atom of a paramagnetic material (ii) domain of a ferromagnetic material and (iii) permanent magnet have zero net charge and yet they have non-zero magnetic moment.
