Let `hat (AB)` be the given arc.
Take a point C on `hat (AB)`.
Join AC and CB
Draw the perpendicular bisectors PQ and RS of AC and CB respectively, meeting each other at a point O.
With O as centre and OA as radius, draw the required circle.
