In the given figure, A,B,C and D,E, F are two sets of collinearpoints . Prove that `AD || CF`.

Join BE.
Now , ABED is a cyclic quadrilateral.
`:. /_ 1 + /_ 2= 180^(@)` .....(i)
Again, BCFE is a cyclic quadrilateral.
`:. `exterior angle `=` interior opposite angle.
`:. /_ 2 = /_ 3 `.....(ii)
From (i) and (ii) , we get `/_1 + /_ 3 = 180^(@)`.
Buter these are interior angles on the same side of the transversal .
Hence,`AD || CF`.
