Find the value of k, if `x=2, y=1`is a solution of the equations `2x+3y=k`.

Since x=2, y=1 is a solution of (i) , we have
`2 xx 2 + 3 xx1 - k = 0 rArr 4+3- k=0 rArrk=7.`
