These equations are of the form

where ` a_ 1 = k , b_ 1 = 3, c_ 1 = ( 3 - k ) and a_ 2 = 12, b_2 = k , c _ 2 = - k `
Let the given system of equations have infinitely many solutions.
Then, ` (a_ 1 ) /(a _ 2) = (b _ 1 ) /( b _ 2 ) = (c_1 ) /( c_ 2 ) `
` rArr (k )/( 12) = ( 3) /(k ) = (( 3- k ))/( - k ) `
`rArr (k)/( 12) = ( 3) /(k ) = ( k - 3 ) /( k )`
