Solve the inequalities graphically in twodimensional plane:`x+y<5`

Consider the equation `x+y =5 `
This equation may be written as `x/5+y/5= 1 `
Thus ,it cuts the x-axis at A(5,0) and the y-axis at B(0,5)
`therefore` AB represents the line `x+y=5`
Clearly (0,0) Satisfies the inequation `x+ y lt 5`
So we shade that part of the plane divided by AB form the solution set of `x + y lt 5` ,as shown below.
