Let the A.P be `a,a+d,a+2d....` where a is the first term and d is the common difference.
According to the question,`2(a+7d)=a+d`...(1)
also=>`3(a+10d)=(a+3d)+3`..(2)
solving (1) and(2) we get`d=3` and `a=-39`
`a_15=a+14d=-39+42=+3`
