State in brief the function of the following organs in the human female reproductive system:
(i) Ovary, (ii) Fallopian tubes, (iii) Uterus.

(i) Ovary : It performs dual function of production of female gamete or ovum and the secretion of female sex hormone estrogen and progesterone.
(ii) Fallopian tubes : They carry ova or eggs from the ovary to the uterus.
(iii) Uterus : It helps in the development of an embryo.
