If the length of a a rectangular park be increased by 2 metres and the breadth be deceased by 2 metres , then the area of the park is decreased by 26 sq . Metres . Again , if the length be decreased by 1 metre and the breadth be increased by 2 meters, then the area of the park is increased by 33 sq. metres . Find the area of the rectangular park.
