Suppose `S={0,1,2,3}` be a sample space of a randomm experiment. `P(0)=0.1` , `P(1)=0.3`, `P(2)=0.3` and `P(3)=0.3` and `P(A)=sum_(a in A)P(a)` for any subset A of S. Is P a probability function or not.
