What kind of cases can be filed in a State Commission ?

A case can be filed in a State Commission in the following two conditions :
(i) Where the value of goods or services and compensation claimed is more than Rs. 20 lakh but not more than Rs. 100 lakh.
(ii) Any appeals against the orders of any District Forum, within 30 days of passing of the order.
