moles of gas in cylinder = `(10 xx 10)/(R(T))`
moles of gas left over = `(10 xx 1)/(R(T))`

`1 to (0.5)/(RT) , ? to (90)/(RT)`
`implies ` no. of balloons = `(90//RT)/(0.5//RT) = 180`.
