Explain that you can't make a decent cup of tea up on a mountain ?

The air on mountain is thin . Hence ,pressure is low . Boiling point of water decreases at low pressure of `100^(@)C`. As result , temperature is not sufficient for boiling tea , so we can.t make a decent cup of tea.
