When end of string is tied to stone and it is whirled in horizontal plane magnitude of momentum remain same but direction of momentum is continously changing.

To change direction of momentum force is required which is supplied by hand .
to change momentum by larger magnitude larger force is to be applied
Dut to this property Newton second law is obtained.
