Eukaryotes include all the protozoa, plants, animals protista and fungi.
Characteristics of Eukaryotic Cells : In Eukaryotic cells there is an extensive compartmentalisation of cytoplasm through the presence of membrane bound organelles. Eukaryotic cells possess an organised nucleus with a nuclear envelope. In addition, eukaryotic cells have a variety of complex locomotory and cytoskeletal structures. Their genetic material is organised into chromosomes.


The difference between plant cell and animal cell : Plant cell and animal cells are different from each other : Plant cell possesses cell wall, plastids and a large central vacuole.
Animal cell lacks it animal cell has centrioles, plant cell lacks it. 1
