Eukaryotic cells have organelles which may
(a) not be bound by a membrane
(b) bound by a single membrane
(c) bound by a double membrane

(a) Membraneless cell organelles are ribosomes. They are attached to the surface of Endoplasmic reticulum or freely in cytoplasmic matrix.
(b) A single membrane bound structure is lysosome. Lysosomes are seen in animal cell and proto zoans, Prokaryotic cells do not have lysosomes. Sfarosomes, microbodies do possess single membrane bound structure.
(c) Two membrane bound structure is mitochondria. The matrix divides inner membrane and outer membrane by folded structure called cristae. Mitrochondria and nucleus are bilayered organelles.
