From the following difference it can be understood that telophase is reverse of prophase.
Prophase : Chromosomes become clear and condensed. Chromosomes become short and thick spindle fiber is formed cellular organelles ER, golgibodies disappear. Nucleus and nuclear membrane disappear slowly.
Telophase : The group of chromosomes organize as nucleus spindle fibres disappears. Nuclear membrane is reformed. Daughter nucleus forms into polar regions cellular organelles ER and golgi complex are reformed.
