Gall bladder is a small round structure which is connected by connective tissue with lateral part of liver. Bile secreted by cells of liver is stored in the gall bladder by bile ducts.

But such people are advised to take food having less fat because after removal of gall bladder digestion of fat is decreased noticeably.
