(i) Peptide bond : The carboxyl group of one amino acid and amino group of another amino acid gets condensed with the eleimination of water molecule .The resulting CO -NH-Linkaye is called a peptide bond.
(ii) Primary structure : Proteins may contains one or more polyepetide chains .Each polyeptide chain has a large number of a amino acids which are linked to one anoteh in a speicfic manner .The specific sequence in which the various a amino acids present in a protien are linked to one another is called its primary structure
(iii)Denaturatio of protoenns : A process that changes the physical and bioligical properities of proteins wihtout affecting the chemicla composition of a protein
