(a) Polysaccharides : Those carbohydrates which on hydrolysis give a large number of monosaccharide units i.e., more than 10 monosaccharide units .Example , Starch .
(b) Denatured protein : The structure of proteins is responsible for their biological activity which are maintained by various attractive forces between polypeptide chains . The breaking of these forces by physical or a chemical change makes the proteins to lose all or part of their biological activity . This is called denature protein . Example : Coagulation of egg white on boiling of egg protein.
(c) Essential amino acid : Those amino acids which our body cannot prepare on their own and they need to be taken through diet . Example : Valine .
