Let us first reduce the value of elements by performing some operation
Applying `R_(2) to R_(2)-2R_(1) " and "R_(3) to R_(3)-5R_(1)` we get

Applying `C_(3) to C_(3) -2C_(2)` we get `D=|{:(18,,40,,89),(4,,9,,2),(-1,,-2,,-1):}|`
