Frog is a poikilotherm, exhibits camouflage and undergoes aestivation and hibernation, how are all these beneficial to it ?

Frog is a cold blooded anim al. Its body temperature changes with the temperature of environment. To prevent itself from very cold it undergoes Hibernation and to prevent itself from hot temperature it undergoes aestivation. During this tim e it lives dorm ant life w ith few biological processes. Moreover as per climatic changes taking place around it, it changes its skin colour. Thus the ability of frog to change its colour is called camouflage. It is necessary to prevent them from predators or enemies as an important aspect of life.
