C

If female parents produce only one type of flower then there is no need for emasculation. The female flower buds are bagged before the flowers open
When the stigma becomes receptive pollination is caried out using the desired pollen and the flower rebagged. By this process, protection from undersired pollen grain is obtained
Note: If female flowers bears bisexual flowers, removal of statemen from the flowers and before the anther dehisces. Thus stamens are emasculated
