In case of polyembryony, if an embryo develops from the synergid and another from the nucellus which is haploid and which is diploid ?

Cells produced from embryo are haploid. Because the ploidy of synergid cells is haploid while embryo produced from nucellus is deploid because the ploidy of cells of nucells is deploid
