Care electron : The electron in the `He^(2) Ne^(10) Ar^(18)`
Valence electrons : After completely filled shells electronic shell with the highest principal quantum number are called valence electron of 3s and 4 of 3p are valence electron.
Example , `S^(16) (Ne) 3s^(2) 3p^(4) .` in this two electron of 3s and 4 of 3p are valence electron.
