How will you determine the direction of torque?

The direction of torque is always perpendicular to the plane containing `vecr and vecF`. It is given by right hand rule. Curl of fingers of the right hand in the sense that would rotate the first vector `vecr` into the second vector `vecF` through the smaller angle. Then extended thumb gives the direction of torque.
