The correct Answer is:
C

Moment of inertia of disc about a vertical axis passing from the centre of disc `=I_(CM)`
`therefore I_(CM)=(1)/(2)MR^(2)`
Now according to parallel axis,
`therefore I_(1)=I_(CM)+MR^(2)`
`=(1)/(2)MR^(2)+MR^(2)`
`=(3)/(2)MR^(2)`
