There are two things about light :
(i) It travels with enormous speed and its presently accepted value in vacuum is `c = 2.99792458 xx 10^8 ms^(-1)`. For practical purpose, `c = 3 xx 10^8 ms^(-1)` it is the highest speed attainable in nature.
(ii) Light travels in a straight line.
