Epidermis
Epidermis : It is generally a single layer structure. It is located on the whole surface of plant body and forms on epidermal tissue system which includes epidermis, cuticles stomata, unicellular trichomes and multicellular trichomes.
While parenchyma tissue is a tissue spread in all parts of the plant eg, root, stem, leaves, flowers, fruits and seed etc.
Xylem and phloem are seen in all plants bearing vascular tissues.
