What causes Ascariasis, mention its causative, symptoms and mode of transmisson ?

Explanation

Ascaris lumbricoides (round worm and wuchereria(filarial worm) are some of the helminths which are pathogenic to man. Ascaris is an intestinal parasite which causes Ascariasis.
Symptoms of the above disease include internal bleeding, muscular pain, fever, anemia and blockage of the intestinal passage.
The eggs of the parasite are excreted along with faeces of infected persons which contaminate soil, water and plants, etc.
A healthy person acquires this infection through contaminated water, vegetables, fruits, etc.
