From Poiseuille.s formula `V=(piPr^(4))/(8etal)`
`=(3.14xx20xx10^(-2)xx1000xx9.8xx(10^(-3))^(4))/(8xx1.3xx10^(-3)xx0.5)=7.4xx10^(-8)m^(3)s^(-1)`.
