For muscle contraction opening of joining site of thin filament is essential when `ca^(2+)` ions joins along with other regulatory protein troponim form troponin complex . It regulates position of tropomyosin on thin filament union of `Ca^(2a)` re-arranges tropomysin -troponin complex , opening myosin linkge site on thin filament when `Ca^(2+)` is in cytosole , thin and thick filament slide over each other , result in muscle contraction .
When `Ca^(2+)` level decreases linkage surface covered contraction completed .
In tetany `Ca^(2+)` level decrease in body fluid - due to inactiveness of parathyroid gland . This gland secrete parathormone hormone which regulates ca level in blood . ,br> In tetany muscles are contracted /spasm and giddiness.

Comprehension # 2 Calcium lacate is used in the food and beverage industries. It. Has also been used medicinally for treatment of various allergies, for treatment of muscular leg cramps, and as an antidote for variety of poisons, including lead, arsenicals and carbon tetrachloride. A 0.8274 g sample of anhydrous calcium lactate is found by analysis to contain 0.2732 g of C. 0.0382 g H, 0.1520 g Ca and 0.3640 g O . Each mole of calicum lactate is found to contain one mole of calcium ions. Calcium lactate can be crystallised from water as pentahydrate salt. How many grams of calcium lactate pentahydrate would be recovered from 1 g of anhydrous salt :

The aqueous solution of sugar does not conduct electricity. However, when sodium chloride is added to water, it conducts electricity. How will you explain this statement on the basis of ionisation and how is it affected by concentration of sodium chloride ?

The human ciculatory system can be thought of as a closed system of interconnecting pipes through which fluid is continuously circulated by two pumps the two pumps the right and left verticles of the heart, work as simple two-stroke force pumps. The muscles of the heart regulate the force by contracting and relaxing. the contraction (systole) lasts about 0.2s and a complete systole/diastole (contraction/relaxation) cycle lasts about 0.8s. For flood pressures and speeds in the normal range. the volume flow rate of blood through a blood vessel is directly proportional tot he pressure difference over a length of the vessel and to the fourth power of the radius of the vessel. The total mechanical energy per unit volume of blood just as it leaves the heart is E//V=rhogh+P+rhov^(2) Q. During intense exercise the volume of blood pumped per second by an athlete,s heart increases by a factor of 7, and his blood pressure increases by 20%/by what factor does the power output of the heart increase during exercise?
