In a transistor `beta = 45`, the change in the v voltage across `5 k Omega ` resistor which is connected in collector M circuit is 5V. Find the change in base current.

Text Solution

Change in the collector current `Delta I_C = Delta V //R_L`
But `beta = ( Delta I_C )/( Delta I_B) `
` Delta I_B = (Delta I_C ) /( beta) = (10^(-3))/(45) = 0.022 mA .`
Change in base current `( Delta I_B ) = 0.022mA`
