The reading of the ammeter = 1.15A. The value of 1 division on the scale of the ammeter (the least count) is `1.5/30=0.05A` and its pointer shows 23 divisions on its scale. Hence. the ammeter reading `= 23 xx 0.05A = 1.15A`.
The reading of the voltmeter = 2.2V
The value of 1 division on the scale of the voltmeter (the least count) is `3/15=0.2V` and its pointer shows 11 divisions on its scale. Hence the voltmeter reading `11 xx 0.2 =2.2 V`
